Mustard seeds - pleasantly sharp taste

Small, round mustard seeds taste pleasantly hot and are used in Ayurveda both in the kitchen and for medicinal purposes. The seeds contain valuable proteins, mucilage and oils. These are released wh out when the cell wall breaks open. Mustard is easy to grow in the garden and does well in both sun and shade.
