Description

Black mustard seeds are slightly spicier than its yellow or white counterparts. The yellow and black mustard seeds are particularly important components in southern India, where they are roasted before being used in ghee (clarified butter), whereby a milder, nutty component is added. The roasted seeds go well with curries, fish, vegetables, curry pastes and condiments.
