Walnut protein is recovered using a gentle oiling and grinding method. It has a light flavor and is perfect for enriching both savory and sweet food and drinks as well as smoothies, cereals, desserts or baked goods.

• Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system and muscles.

Recommended dosage:

• Add about 2 tablespoons (20 g) of powder to 250 ml of liquid, such as soy, oat, almond, rice or coconut milk
• Or replace part of the conventional flour needed in baking with walnut protein.
• A delicious protein supplement for smoothies, shakes, cereals, desserts and pastries.
