Herbaria Organic Moon Milk "Love"

Treat yourself to a bit of sensuality and harmony and withdraw from the stress of everyday life with a relaxing hot drink before bed! This spice mixture consists of tiger nuts, oat flakes, berries and Ayurvedic spices and has a fruity flavour with a hint of spices. The berries give your milk drink a bright pink colour. The maca root included in the recipe symbolises love and zest for life and also provides a nutty flavour.

Ashwagandha is known for its stress-relieving and calming effects and also promotes readiness to go to sleep.

Preparation recommendation:

• Heat up 100–150 ml milk, oat drink or another plant drink, add a sachet of Moon Milk, mix with a hand blender or whisk & enjoy. You can also froth the mixture up with a milk frother. Sweeten with maple syrup or honey as desired.
