Base soup- the healthy creamy soup by Dr Toth for a balanced acid-base balance.
Preparation for one bowl: add 2 teaspoons (10G) base cream soup to 1.5 decagrams of butter or Alsan-S and stir 200ml water into the mix. Stir on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Store cool and dry.
