Oxymel is a proven traditional recipe made from raw blossom honey, naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar and high-quality, fresh wild herbs. The extract is gently stirred at regular intervals for several weeks, but never heated. This ensures that the components are preserved as best as possible. Recommended dosage:

• Add 1 tablespoon of Oxymel to a glass of water, stir well and drink. Adjust the amount of water depending on how intense you want it to taste.
• To make punch: Boil hot water, add 1 tablespoon of Christmas Oxymel and toppings of your choice.
• The manufacturer recommends that you avoid taking the same type of Oxymel for more than 6 weeks continuously to avoid building up resistance to it. After a week's break, you can start again or switch to another variety.
