Description
This flavourful rapeseed oil is the perfect oil for a variety of cold dishes such as salads and spreads, as a finishing oil as well as for gentle steaming. It has a mild taste and is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E. It is also a good choice for raw food diets!
Tip: Stir a spoonful of this oil into your muesli bowl for a boost of nutrients.
Note: This oil is obtained by pressing at low temperatures without an external heat supply - hence the label "virgin". This method of oil extraction not only preserves delicate aromas but also most of the nutrients.
