Description
You can use apricot syrup for baking or add it to tea, desserts or muesli for a fine fruity flavour. Apricot syrup is also popular in Oriental cuisine and for the preparation of sweet and sour sauces and marinades.
Pitted apricots are first boiled in water, then pressed and filtered and finally processed into syrup. The syrup has a wonderfully fruity aroma and adds the perfect finishing touch to a variety of dishes.
