Description
In Ayurveda, a vital metabolism is inextricably linked to the harmonious interplay of the doshas. However, if the stabilising Kapha element becomes predominant, this can often result in a feeling of heaviness or a certain sluggishness in the system. This traditional formula is based on tried and tested plants such as Eugenia jambolana (Jambul) and Aegle marmelos. Special attention is paid to Gymnema sylvestre, a plant that is traditionally valued in Indian teachings when it comes to dealing with sweet pleasures. The blend is complemented by the mineral-rich shilajit.
Recommended dosage: Take 2 tablets twice daily with warm water about 1/2 hour before meals.
