Description
Santulan (Balance) Mouth Oil for Pulling by Himalaya's Dreams cleans and cares for the entire oral cavity including the gums. It consists of the following ingredients:
- Organic sesame oil
- Organic coconut oil
- Organic sunflower oil
- Pepper
- Rosemary
- Celyon cinnamon
- Green cardamom
How to use:
- Take 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth and suck it through your teeth and gargle for 5-10 minutes.
- The oil changes colour turning whitish and pale and becomes thin.
- After use, spit into a cloth and dispose of in your household trash.
- Do it after waking up in the morning.
- Afterwards, scrape your tongue, brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with a glass of water.
