According to Ayurvedic teachings, herbs help to maintain the balance of the doshas. In Ayurveda, herbs play a part in the food we consume and play an important role in providing the body with sufficient phytochemicals. Ayus Rasayana Shakti Elixir has a bitter and dry taste.

Recommended Dosage:
1-2 tablespoons 2 x daily after eating.

This Ayurvedic Herbal elixir contains 10.7% alcohol, which develops during the natural fermentation process of the herbs.
