Spirulina is a microalgae and contains various nutrients. Organic Spirulina Powder by Raab Vitalfood consists of 100% Arthrospira platensis algae and is cultivated under strictly controlled conditions, gently dried and finely ground.

Recommended use:
Stir approx. 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g) into 250 ml of liquid daily - e.g. smoothies, juices, water or plant drinks. Drink before or with meals.

Ingredients
For 1 person:

• 1 handful of lamb's lettuce (approx. 40 g)
• 1⁄2 avocado
• 1⁄2 banana
• 100 ml coconut drink
• 1 tbsp Raab Apple Sweetener or Stevia
• 1 tsp Raab Organic Spirulina Powder
• 100 ml water

Method:

Wash the lamb's lettuce; peel and dice the avocado; peel and slice the banana. Place all ingredients in a blender jar and puree. Add water to taste if desired.
