Ideal for baking, roasting and frying

  • Coconut oil is often used in Indian and Ayurvedic cooking because of its heat resistance and neutral taste for baking, roasting and frying. In Ayurveda, it is especially valued for its cooling and pitta-reducing properties. The oil is pressed from the dried coconut pulp and cleaned with water vapour. It has a neutral scent.

Manufacturing:

  • The coconut oil is made from dried coconut. The coconut is pressed, releasing the oil.
  • The oil is cleaned using water vapour.

Please note:

  • At a temperature of 24°C, the coconut oil becomes a liquid
  • May contain traces of sesame oil
  • Store cool, dry and protected from light.
