Sonnentor dried porcini mushrooms provide every dish with a delicious, incomparable mushroom flavour. The scent of porcini has a slightly smoky flavour, reminiscent of the forest. The typical mushroom flavour is quite distinct. It can be described as slightly sweet with a smoky, woody character and nuance.
Tips & Preparation:
Whether fried, steamed or baked, porcini mushrooms add and excellent extra to its dishes. Delicious when added to mushroom ragout, fillings and sauces. Tip: Due to the particularly intense flavour, this hearty deliciousness should be used selectively.
