Sonnentor Organic Black Tea Oolong

Oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea, somewhere between green tea and black tea. Therefore, it is often referred to as "brown" or "red" tea. For oolong tea, tea leaves are allowed to wilt in the sun after they have been picked. They are then stored in a room to rest; then the fermentation process takes place.

The Black Oolong has a lush, shimmering golden brown colour, reminiscent of amber. The bitter, earthy and slightly malty scent mirrors the strong roast flavour of the tea.
