Description
The Hokkaido pumpkin originally comes from the Japanese island of the same name. The bold orange pumpkin is considered a superfood and has become more popular in Central Europe. The nutty, mild pumpkin powder is made from German-grown pumpkins.
Recommended use:
- The powder is ideal for enriching smoothies, juices, soups or salad dressings.
- The pumpkin powder can also be used as a natural dye for foods like pasta, cake or pizza dough.
- For a smoothie, simply stir a heaping tablespoon (approx. 15 g) of the powder into 500 ml of liquid.
