Masala Chai - Traditional Indian Spice Teas
Chai literally means "tea" and Masala is a spice blend. Masala chai is a spice tea made of lots of different traditional Indian spices. The spices are lightly roasted in a pan to bring out their natural flavours. Next, they are mixed with black tea leaves. At home, the tea is best enjoyed with your favourite milk and a bit of sugar or sweetener.
