Description
In Ayurveda, a calm and balanced centre is regarded as an important foundation for physical vitality. When the fiery Pitta dosha becomes too intense, this may be experienced as a sensation of heat or tenderness in the upper abdomen. This special formula draws on the banana tree (Musa sapientum), which is valued in Vedic tradition for its alkalising properties. Combined with the gentle character of liquorice and the renowned amalaki fruit, the blend is traditionally associated with balancing heat on an energetic level.
Recommended intake: Take 2-3 tablets twice daily after meals with warm water.
