These tablets are great. I noticed a different in my skin but also my hair and nails. My skin feels very soft and the lines on my forehead caused by sun damage . have almost disappeared. My hair has got noticeably thicker and my nails looked healthier too. This is a wonderful product and l will continue to buy this indefinitely.
I would definitely recommend this product.
