Maharishi Ayurveda  MA 634 - Ayurvedic Herbal Oil with Mint

An oil produced from highly concentrated extracts of camphor, mint, eucalyptus, clove, fennel, cinnamon and ajwain (wild celery seeds).

For steam inhalation, mix the oil with hot water. Please only use a few drops.

This oil has many uses and can be rubbed on for:

• aching muscles and joints
• back aches and tension
• joint problems
• a headache (dab a little oil on the temples)

If you want to use the rub on a larger area, you can add a little olive oil or almond oil to the mint oil (mixing ratio: use about 50ml of the carrier oil and 5ml of the Ayurveda herbal oils)

Use:
Pure, natural vegetable oil. In addition, you can also dilute the oil to massage it gently on your temples, chest, neck or abdomen. To dilute, mix one drop of Ayurvedic herbal oil with mint in at least 20 drops or half a teaspoon of vegetable oil, at best, sesame oil.

• Do not use undiluted.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
• Not suitable for children.
