Eva Aschenbrenner's Cold Season Tea was compiled for colds and coughs. Her advice: "If you feel a sore throat coming on, immediately start drinking this tea!"

Ms. Aschenbrenner recommends adding two level tablespoons to 500 ml of boiling water and letting it brew for about 10 minutes. Drink the tea slowly, in small sips.
