About OPC:
- Oligomeric procyanidins (OPC), also called polyphenols, are phytochemicals and belong to the group of flavonoids. They occur in leaves and bark and protect the plant against UV radiation and strong light.
Recommended use:
- take 1 capsule 2 x daily with plenty of fluid.
- take with a meal
