Description
This product consists of a tablet and a gel capsule to be taken together. The gel capsule contains 3 different bacterial strains that complement each other perfectly:
- Bifidobacterium lactis
- Lactobacillus acidophilus
- Lactobacillus plantarum
The tablet, on the other hand, contains a combination of the following 12 vitamins, 8 minerals and trace elements and 1 adaptogen:
- Vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12, C, D and E.
- Minerals and trace elements: magnesium, zinc, iron, iodine, selenium, copper, manganese and chromium
- Adaptogen: Siberian ginseng, also called Eleutherococcus
Together, the tablet and the gel capsule provide a comprehensive basis for supplementing a balanced diet and lifestyle. Perfect for an active daily life.
Recommended dose:
- Take 1 gel capsule and 1 tablet 1 x daily, preferably at breakfast with a large glass of water.
- It is recommended to take the product for 1 to 2 months.
