Description

Bring a breath of fresh air and aromatic variety to your plate with this bulgur salad! The base is seasoned bulgur, harmoniously combined with red lentils and a selection of fine ingredients such as tomatoes and zucchini.

Whether as a warm, hearty lunch or well-chilled as a refreshing salad on the go, this organic mix impresses in every version with its full-bodied character. For the perfect culinary finish, simply add some fresh feta, which gives the dish a wonderfully creamy note.

Preparation:

  • You will also need 75 g of feta or a plant-based alternative.
  • Briefly sauté the contents of the bag in 2 tbsp of hot oil.
  • Add 300 ml of water, bring the mixture to a brief boil and place the lid on the pot.
  • Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off the heat and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Dice the feta and stir it into the salad, which can be enjoyed hot or cold.
