Vacha - Acorus calamus - is a 60-100 cm high plant that grows in the marshlands and has sword-shaped leaves and small green flowers. The root is used in the Ayurvedic diet.

Recommended dosage:

  • Take 1/4 of a measuring scoop divided into two portions with warm water between meals. The daily dose of 0.60 g herbal powder contains 5.28 mg polyphenols.
