Description
Kokum - Garcinia indica - is a medium-sized tree with a dense canopy of elliptic to oblong, lanceolate, dark green and glossy leaves with brownish-coloured, marbled yellow fruits and seeds that are high in fat. The fruits and seeds are used in the Ayurvedic diet.
Recommended use:
- Take 5 capsules twice a day between meals with warm water.
