Description

With the Cosmoveda Garshan massage gloves, you can perform a dry massage (Garshana) as an alternative to oil massage, as recommended in Ayurveda. Compared to an oil massage, a dry massage has cooling, refreshing and stimulating properties. It is particularly recommended as a spring cure and if the Kapha constitution is too high. During a dry massage, attention is paid to each individual part of the body and dead skin cells are removed.

Recommended use:
Normally, a dry massage is carried out before showering.
