Description
This organic Ayurvedic ready-mix offers a quick and wholesome meal when you're on the go or at the office. Carrots, pumpkin and roasted barley flour, also known as tsampa, form the base. Coconut milk powder and a balanced spice combination of cumin, turmeric, sumac and the Trikatu blend provide a fine flavour. The recipe also contains ashwagandha and is completely free from palm oil and artificial additives. All ingredients are sourced from controlled organic cultivation and support a mindful diet without having to spend hours in the kitchen.
Preparation:
1 serving
Pour 200 ml of hot (but not boiling) water over 20 g of soup powder (2 heaped tablespoons) and stir well. Allow to stand briefly, stir again and serve. Season to taste and add a little butter, ghee or olive oil if desired.
