Strengthens Agni - Bitter flavour
- Fenugreek seeds have a slightly bitter flavour and strengthen Agni (digestive fire) without stimulating Pitta (fire / water element). The bitter flavour can be reduced by roasting the fenugreek seeds in ghee.
