Salt Shaker with Ground Salt

• This salt is extracted from the foothills of the Himalayas. It is completely natural, i.e. unbleached, unrefined and made without chemicals. It corresponds to the German Codex Allimentarius.
• Production takes place under fair conditions, whereby each individual chunk of salt is carefully selected by hand, washed several times and sun-dried. The salt is then gently processed into grains.
• Origin: Pakistan

The salt has a full-bodied, aromatic flavour.
