Made from Organic Maca root!
The South American Maca plant is a tuber that grows in the highlands of the Peruvian Andes at over 4,000 meters above sea level in extreme climatic conditions, which makes it very robust.
The leaves of the Maca plant are eaten as a vegetable. The tuber was and is used fresh - much like the potato in the Western world - or dried and processed into Maca powder. Maca is a robust, resistant plant.
Recommended use:
- Stir 5 g of Maca Powder per day (= approx 1 heaped teaspoon) into water, milkshakes, yoghurt, or cereal.
