Description

Criollo Peruvian cocoa beans are used to make this flavourful cocoa butter. It can be used for cooking, skin and lip care as well as body care products.

Recommended use:

  • Cocoa butter is ideal for making desserts, ice cream, chocolates and skincare products.

Recipe for raw chocolate:

  • Melt 100 g of the raw cocoa butter over a water bath at 41 ° C and mix in 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Stir in a pinch of vanilla bean pulp and a pinch of salt. If necessary, you can sweeten the chocolate with coconut blossom sugar or xylitol.
  • Fill the melted chocolate into small chocolate moulds or paper moulds and let cool slowly. Cooling too quickly can cause the chocolate to turn grey.

Storage:

  • Store cool and dry.
  • If the room temperature is above 18 degrees, the cocoa butter can be stored in the fridge for longer use.

Note:

  • This cocoa butter is made by hand and can sometimes have mall fractures.
