Sonnentor Organic Nicaragua Single Origin Coffee

This subtle and powerful organic coffee is made of 100% Arabica coffee of the Caturra variety. Organic farmer DON JOSÉ Maria Castro, called CHEMA, lives with his family in northern Nicaragua, in the cloud forests of the province of Jinotega. There, the aromatic highland coffee of the Caturra variety grows under shady trees. Chema is one of the organic growers working with the cooperatives from which Sonnentor directly purchases their highland coffee.
