Description
In its homeland, the moringa tree is also known as the miracle tree. The Moringa powder from Raab Vitalfood contains the finely ground light green leaves of the Moringa oleifera tree from Thailand. These leaves contain vitamin K and polyphenols (18.8mg per 1.5g).
Recommended use:
- Take 1 teaspoon (1.5g) 3 times a day with meals.
Recipe: Moringa Potato Soup
Preparation time: ca. 25 minutes
Difficulty level: Easy
Ingredients:
- 400g potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 30 g moringa powder
- 600 ml vegetable stock (600 ml water + 2 heaping tablespoons Raab Organic Clear Soup Stock)
- 200 ml cream
- Raab Himalaya Salt
- Pepper
Peel the potatoes and onions and cut into cubes. Add the oil to a pot and steam the potatoes and onions. Add the vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Puree, then add the moringa powder, salt and pepper.
