Description
Organic Hemp Protein Powder by Raab is a plant-based protein powder made from hemp seeds. The seeds are a valuable source of vegetable protein, minerals, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and vitamins A and C.
The powder contains 49% protein and is high in iron and magnesium. It can be added to smoothies and shakes, or used for baking and cooking.
How to use:
Stir approx. 1 tablespoon (10 g) of hemp protein powder into 500 ml of water once per day. Note that the nutritional content changes when it is added as an ingredient to smoothies, juices, soya, spelt, rice or oat drinks. Use a whisk or blender to avoid lumps.
TIP: The nutty-tasting hemp protein powder can be added to yoghurt, smoothies and shakes.
