The well-known sugar substitute, which was originally discovered in the fibres of birch bark, is not only known under its name birch sugar but also as xylitol. Conventional table sugar and birch sugar may have the same appearance, taste and sweetness, but the naturally obtained sugar also scores with 40% fewer calories.
Because it is made from sustainable maize, it is possible to offer birch sugar in high organic quality.

Ideal for baking (with the exception of yeast dough), cooking and sweetening drinks.
