Recommended use:

• Mix 1 ½ scoops (30-35 g) protein powder in a shaker or blender with 300-350 ml milk, vegetable-based milk (preferably a naturally sweet rice, almond, spelt- or oat-based drink or sweetened soy beverage), fruit juice or a smoothie, and shake for 15 seconds. Drink immediately.
