Made from fresh, unroasted hazelnuts. Thes hazelnuts were gently defatted and finely ground. The flour contains about 17% hazelnut oil and vegetable protein as well as 23% fibre. The nuts for this product were sourced from organically managed plantations from the Black Sea Coast (Turkey). Perfect for all baked goods featuring hazelnuts. Simply use about 10% walnut flour instead of (possibly gluten-free) baking flour.
- Nut flour should always be stored tightly closed in a cool place. If the flour gets too humid, it can clump or mold, so please store dry. If the flour is stored at over 20 ° C it may produce aflatoxins. Intended for immediate use.
