Linseed oil is a highly sensitive natural state organic oil that is cold-pressed and filtered carefully. The linseed oil should not be heated in any way.

The oil is made from organically grown linseed from Austrian Naturland and Bioland farms. Because the cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil quickly goes bad if exposed to air, it should be kept closed at 5 - 10 ° C. Even under these conditions, the linseed oil is only good for 2 months after opening. Therefore, it is a good idea to freeze the linseed oil if it won't be quickly used. At -25 ° C, it is stable for six months.
