The Naturland Fair Organic Coconut Milk by Fair Ölmühle Solling is ideal for cooking and lends a delicious, exotic flavour to your dishes. This coconut milk is made from coconuts sourced from Ölmühle Solling's project partner Serendipol in Sri Lanka. The coconuts are therefore exclusively sourced from fair cultivation in Naturland quality. Furthermore, it is made without added preservatives at Ölmühle Solling.
Incidentally, coconut milk is not the clear liquid found inside coconuts - this is called coconut water. Coconut milk, on the other hand, is white to slightly greyish in colour and has a creamy consistency. It is made from the grated pulp of mature coconuts.
