Ölmühle Solling Organic Christmas Spice Oil

For this spice oil sweet almonds are pressed and then refined with Christmas-y spices such as orange peel, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, ginger and genuine Bourbon vanilla but it is only made during the Christmas period. It is ideal for delicate pastries, waffles and crepes but also in musli or fruit salads.

Proper and careful application of the oil in the kitchen
Do not overheat this oil! The oil can withstand a moderate heat in a frying pan or wok. Drizzle one to two teaspoons over your dish to accent the flavor, or serve with a spoon or spread with a spatula.

Mouth-watering appetizers, hearty menus, fresh salads, dips and even soups and sauces taste great using spiced oils, and require less marinating time.
