Fiery cayenne pepper, ginger, and turmeric connect with coconut for a round composition for South Asian cuisine. It fits very well with minced meat dishes, poultry (preferably duck), roast beef, pork, and even liver pate. It is often used for the preparation of spring rolls. Pasta and rice dishes can be easily refined with this spice blend! Use sparingly because the mixture is fiery hot!
