Kräutermax Good Morning Herbal Tea Blend

The Good Morning Herbal Tea Blend makes for a lovely hot drink in the morning and is made with a blend of herbs like strawberry, raspberry and blackberry leaves as well as with rosehip shells and marigold blossoms.

Preparation:

• For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to a cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
• Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
• If needed, you can sweeten the finished tea with sugar or honey.

Ingredients: strawberry leaves, blackberry leaves, raspberry leaves, rosehip peels, marigold blossoms, antennaria, mallow blossoms, larkspur blossoms.
