Herbaria "Pickles" Spice Blend
A spicy blend for perfect pickles and veggies.
Boiling, marinating, smoking - Grandma's secret weapons are back in vogue. It has become known: there is much more to preserving food than merely conserving jam. Ripe vegetables are also suitable as a pickled dish.
Spice blend suitable for sweet and sour pickled vegetable such as cucumber, pumpkin, onions, fennel and beets. May be used for pickled vegetables or as an every day seasoning.
Serving tip: Bring 1 liter of water, 400 g of sugar, 200 ml of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of seasoning and 1 tablespoon of rock salt to simmer for 5 minutes. Boil vegetables in stock. Cools and place in fridge for 1 day.
