COSMOVEDA's Kapha Tea is a fiery, spicy tea that calms the Kapha dosha. Kapha is a bioenergy composed of the elements water and earth and regulates the processes in the body.
Preparation:
- Per cup or teapot, add one tea bag and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
Please note:
- May contain traces of coriander
- Contains liquorice - avoid drinking in excess if you have high blood pressure.
