Description
Haritaki - Terminalia chebula, is an evergreen tree up to 20 metres tall with egg-shaped leaves, white flowers and small five-winged yellow to orange-brown drupes, which are used in Ayurvedic nutrition.

Recommended dose:
Take 4 scoops twice daily between meals.
Preparation:
Pour boiling water over the recommended amount. Steep briefly and and drink warm.

Haritaki To Go
Having depleted my stock of whole dried triphala many years ago Cosmoveda captured me with this great little product. The powder is water soluble and tastes really fresh. Its bitter enough to take as my bitters before a meal and works really well as a laxative. The great little tub is easy to open and close and even comes with it's own little 5mo spoon.
