Ajwain
- Ajwain has a flavour similar to thyme and can be used crushed or ground, and added to Indian dishes or curry mixes. The spice goes well with potatoes, bread, pastries and legumes and is often combined with ginger and asafoetida.
- Ajowain reduces Ama and balances Vata.
