Description

WOMENcare capsules by Classic Ayurveda combine mineral shell powder with a selection of traditional plant extracts. The formula is based on shatavari and vidari kanda, supplemented by liquorice, brahmi and ashwagandha. Fennel rounds off the composition for daily nutritional supplementation.

In Ayurvedic teaching, these ingredients are considered in connection with Rasa Dhatu and the various stages of life. It contains calcium which contributes to a normal energy-yielding metabolism. The recommended daily dose of two capsules provides 140 mg of shatavari extract with a 56 mg portion of saponins.

Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water.
