Description

VITALITYcare capsules by Classic Ayurveda combine mineral trace elements with a selection of traditional plant extracts. The formula is based on ashwagandha, shatavari and amla, supplemented by shilajit extract. This composition has been developed to supplement the daily diet with selected nutrients.

Acoording to Ayurveda, these ingredients are connected to the Kapha dosha as well as aspects of Bala and Ojas. It contains iron that contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to a normal energy-yielding metabolism. Zinc supports normal macronutrient metabolism. The daily recommended intake provides 10 mg of withanolides from ashwagandha and 12 mg of gallic acid from amla extract.

Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water.
