Description

Organic sliced soy meat is an excellent alternative to meat. It is high in protein and can easily be sauteed, breaded or fried. It is partially defatted and ideal for recipes such as bolognese pasta sauce, meatloaf, chili con carne and more.

Naturally contains calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, manganese and zinc.

How to use:

The dry product gives about 2-3 times the amount of ready-to-cook soy meat. Pour about 3 times the amount of hot vegetable broth over the sliced soy meat and let it absorb for at least 20 minutes. Before preparing, drain the remaining liquid and gently squeeze out the excess. Then continue cooking it like meat in your recipe.
